Pam Buchkowski started curling at the Detroit Curling Club in 2008 after taking a learn to curl class. She is currently the president of the Rockettes, the DCC’s women’s curling organization, and ran the Ladies 2 Day Bonspiel at the DCC from 2015-2017. Pam also assisted in developing the Ladies Learn to Curl class which filled the ladies league in a few short years.

During the Vancouver Olympics in 2010, Kristen Conrad became a charter member of the curling club in Charlotte, NC. Kristen has been involved as a board member and marketer in all stages of our curling club's existence - from its birth through building, through struggle and success. Currently, she serves as Club Liaison on the GNCC Board as well. She enjoys nothing more than meeting new curlers and catching up with old friends at bonspiels, which she frequents.

Leslie McGregor started curling in the late 1970s at the Heather Curling Club in Mapleton, Minnesota. She has served on the boards of the Heather, Broadmoor, Wilmette, Exmoor, and Chicago Curling Clubs. She has been actively involved with the USWCA for nearly ten years, serving as club representative and Junior Bonspiel Chair, among other committees. She is currently the second vice president, overseeing the event chairs. She is a USCA Women's Club Nationals Champion (2010), and has won the USWCA National Bonspiel in 2007 and 2008. When not on the ice, Leslie loves her career in medicine, highland dancing, and hanging out with her three children. Leslie says, "I love the community of curling and the opportunity to play and contribute. I enjoy all curling from league, bonspiels, mixed doubles, to competitive events."
