Colin Hodgson is a three-time Manitoba Provincial Champion (2015, 2018, & 2019) and he plays lead for Team Mike McEwen. He is the co-owner of Dynasty Apparel.

Colin presented a Curler Outreach webinar with mixed doubles teammate, Chelsea Carey, hitting on the importance of breathing, body awareness, and application mindfulness in his practice.

I wanted to share some of these podcasts due to the profound effect they had on my life in different yet meaningful ways. Personal growth is a never ending journey that leads towards fulfillment and in my opinion curiosity which keeps the days exciting and my mind young. Dr. Huberman, Dr. Loehr, Mr. McConaughey and Mr. Roll among others lit a fire under my ass to explore internally some topics I was either unaware of or unwilling to look inside at.
