Mimi Stevinson is a member of the Denver, Colorado Curling Club. Her background in Strength and Conditioning, her certification in JOGA, and her curling experience make her a perfect instructor for curlers who are looking to improve physical fitness. Learn how to properly warm up and cool down, prevent athletic injury and everything in between with Mimi’s expertise and guidance. In Mimi’s first session, she will do an introduction to curling fitness and begin open conversations for anyone to ask questions!
